Left Before Voting Begins For The Zibra’s Before & After Furniture Refinishing Contest!

How exciting to see the artistic results of furniture refinishers as they transform their pieces that were once ready for the dumpster into pieces ready for the showroom! The purpose of this contest is to give every furniture refinisher from around the world the opportunity to pick three of their best furniture refinished works of art and submit to the Zibra Before and After Contest for a chance to be recognized in the TOP 40 and for a chance to win first, second or third place! We have chosen four seasoned, extraordinarily talented furniture refinishers to sit on the judging panel. The judges will choose the TOP 40 from all submissions. Once the TOP 40 is chosen, the four judges along with an additional judge -YOU, the voting public, will choose their first, second and third place positions.
You submit your Furniture Refinished Piece(s)
A maximum of three pieces is allowed by each individual
(All pieces you submit must be refinished by you)
Although you can select up to three pieces to submit; however, only one of your pieces can be chosen to appear in the TOP 40 sections for public voting. PLEASE NOTE, YOU WILL BE SUBMITTING A BEFORE AND AFTER PICTURE OF EACH ENTRY. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE BOTH A BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTO, YOU CANNOT ENTER THE PIECE.

The TOP 40 entries will be chosen by our Panel of Judges
(Each will be using their own professional experience to make their selections, as well, a few general guidelines in the selection process will be utilized)
1. Is there a dramatic improvement in the piece from its BEFORE to its AFTER?
2. Does the AFTER show ingenuity and creativity of the original piece and does it show an appreciation for the original design?
3. Staging and photography (Many times a beautiful piece loses its appeal because of poor staging and photography)
The Zibra BEFORE and AFTER TOP 40 will appear on TheZibraBlog.com for final judging
The four panel of judges will be joined by YOU, the voting public. Details for voting will be included in the instructions when the TOP 40 goes live. All artists from the Zibra TOP 40 are allowed to promote their entry via all social venues!
